Meredith has been LIFE CHANGING!!! I am so incredibly grateful to be working w her and to have found her! Before finding her, I was in chronic pain due to physiologic structure (and other variables she later identified) which not only was physically debilitating but lead to feeling scared and disempowered emotionally. Not only has she drastically changed and helped strengthen my physical body but I now have a renewed sense empowerment and deeper connection with my body because of the knowledge and education she has imparted upon me. Her expertise and knowledge base is extraordinarily rare! She applies her in depth, advanced understanding of scientific/ medical knowledge combined with specific movement modalities that encorporate pilates/yoga and of course Schroth. There are very few practitioners in this country (or even around the world) that have knowledge of Schroth. So how lucky are we to have an expert in our own “backyard”! I’ve learned first hand the astounding application for healing through Schroth. But Meredith is a brave creative thinker and uses not just her physical therapy background but combines them all into a custom tailored system for one’s individual body needs. Working with her has been SO much more than just physical therapy- it has been a total life wellness integration! I can not recommend her highly enough- a true gem. Lastly, her creative approach spills over into her design aesthetic- the facility is impeccably and so tasteful designed. Being present with her compassionate, kind, intelligent ways in her beautifully designed space is such a treat. She is invaluable and has grown to be one of the most important people in my life! Absolutely amazing!!! I worked with Flavia doing Schroth method for about six months and I can confidently say it was absolutely worth the investment!! I’ve struggled with scoliosis related pain for years and tried so many different treatments to long-term relief. Working with Flavia was a completely different experience- educational, insightful, and incredibly personalized. Every session was one on one and she truly took the time to understand my body and needs. Her knowledge of scoliosis is next level and explained everything in a way that just clicked. Not only she’s super knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable from day one. If you’re dealing with scoliosis or chronic back pain I highly highly recommend!!!

I can not express how much Meredith helped my daughter Summer after her spinal fusion surgery. Summer had weak muscles and pain. Meredith taught her exercises to help strengthen her muscles and ease her pain. She is kind, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. She made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. After working steadily with Meredith. Summer improved so much she made Varsity Cheer at school! What a turnaround!

I feel absolutely so blessed to have Meredith as my physical therapist. There is not a PT that I would recommend more highly than Meredith at Kioko Therapy. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. The care and thoroughness she gives to each one of her patients' sessions is unmatched, the genuine positivity she exudes is contagious and extremely uplifting. Her kind and compassionate manner is second to none. Meredith is so incredibly intelligent in her field and I am reassured while also enlightened each session while being in her care. You will feel as if she is your number one cheerleader while on the road to recovery and even beyond that! I have recovered faster from my injuries while completing physical therapy with her than I could have ever imagined, and on top of that, I have become stronger because of supplemental exercises she prescribes which shows another way in which she goes above and beyond. She will make you want to attend PT! Meredith has not only made me a healthier individual but I am so thankful for the extra sunshine and positivity she has brought into my life!

I booked an appointment with Meredith after reading many positive reviews online. I was experiencing pain in my lower back and hip, which I assumed was due to minor scoliosis. Upon examination and an x-Ray, Meredith told me that I likely did not, in fact, have scoliosis, and the pain was due to a few other issues, which would be much easier to address, and less costly. Meredith was able to quickly identify a few problems in my posture. She developed specialized exercises and postural queues for me to implement, and after only about 7-8 sessions my pain has drastically declined to such an extent that I may not need to come back as often for future sessions. In addition to being ethical and highly effective, Meredith is an extremely positive, pleasant person. This made each session enjoyable. If you’re looking for a physical therapist, particularly in the Palm Beach/Broward county area, definitely go see Meredith Weiss.

My daughter is seeing Meredith Weiss for Schroth Physical Therapy for her scoliosis. The first time we showed up at the Kioko clinic we were floored by the state of the art, pristine, welcoming facility. Even better than that we were greeted by Meredith herself. I happen to be a physical therapist assistant myself so I have worked with and for many therapists. I have NEVER had the opportunity to work for someone so generous with her extremely huge knowledge and experience base! Every time my daughter has her treatment session I come out more educated! Meredith is able to simplify the high level information so that we understand what is happening inside my daughter’s body. (my daughter is 22 years old) I believe that is why after 15 visits there has been a profound improvement within her spine. If I was speaking to a friend who needed a therapist for their child, Meredith is the only name I would recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Kioko! From the first time I walked in, Meredith was warm, professional, and attentive. She took the time to really understand my concerns and developed a personalized treatment plan that made a noticeable difference in my pain and how my back looks. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The care I received from Meredith was truly life-changing-I cannot recommend her highly enough.
